• Your digital report will be delivered via WhatsApp or email within the promised time frame (usually within 24–72 hours).

• No physical copy will be shipped unless specifically mentioned.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Digital astrology reports are non-refundable since they are personalized and cannot be reused.

• For physical products, refunds or replacements are available only if the product is damaged or incorrect, and proof is provided within 48 hours of delivery.

• Energized products like Rudraksha cannot be returned once opened or used.
